OUR PLANS
THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF PLAN WE OFFER YOU

​One on one personal training:
  • ​1 session per week £50 (£215pcm)
  • 2 sessions per week £45 (£390pcm)
  • 3 sessions per week £40 (£520pcm)​
​​
Classes​ ​​45 minute small group exercise sessions with a specialist instructor (non members are welcome)
  • ​​PAYG session £10 cash (pay on arrival)
With our one on one memberships at Bridge you will be required to book in for a free consultation, which you can do by clicking the ​'Enquiry'​ button below and letting us know what time and day is best for you. We will then invite you in so that we can discuss your options. Once your happy with which way to go forward, we will help you choose your personal trainer, who will get you started on your journey. If it's classes your after, please contact us for an up to date schedule of classes.
